Our main goal when interacting with a potential client is to understand their business and gather high level requirements.  From the initial contact with a potential client, or the first call from one of our account executives, we listen to your needs.  We have developed standard questionnaires, both high level and detailed, that can be used for this purpose. 
We can also utilize a client-prepared requirements document such as a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) or a Request for Information (“RFI”), as a starting point to determine business fit for our solutions.   If, during a needs assessment, we discover that our solution is an unlikely fit for your organization, we will advise the potential client immediately.  Whenever possible, we would try and let you know of another solution that may be a better fit. Once a fit has been identified, we will continue to work with the potential client in order to develop a strategy that will allow for the potential client to make an informed decision based on level of risk and cost to the organization.  This process is tailored to the individual circumstances of each engagement and may take several forms. 
After the business fit is confirmed, we will schedule a site visit or online demonstration of our solution. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction!
